ENERGY THERAPIST TRAINING - NIWATHERAPY©

FOREST-THERAPY© and Shinrin Yoku - Forest baths

In nature, everything is energy and therefore everything vibrates at a certain frequency. Energy fields are invisible, but they consist of electricity. The scientific community has agreed on the term "invisible electromagnetic wave" to describe these fields that surround every living thing. Thanks to technological advances, these realities are measurable today.

The electromagnetic field of nature creations is pure. There is full cooperation with other energy fields to create a better world. All manifestations of nature, be it flora, fauna, water, mineral, vibrate at a high frequency. Upon contact, our vibrational frequencies necessarily rise. We leave the lower frequencies of fear and hatred to join those highest of peace and love. We leave the world of problems accessing one of solutions. And then we stop believing that we are separated from our source and we can simply reconnect us there. We can call LOVE this harmony of bodies.

The Niwatherapy© - energy hortitherapy and Forest-therapy© are based on these principles. Plant, mineral and water through garden or forest, thus become wonderful levers to participate in this improvement, with all the respect that they deserve.

Origins and foundations of hortitherapy are described on this page, but the Japanese garden through the niwatherapy© remains in my opinion the most beneficial for our health, by its vocation. It is therefore for me philosophically the best therapeutic support. That said, all the tools you will learn can be applied to the cultivation of a vegetable garden or roses, English gardens or "wild" according to your aspirations and preferences... All the sessions, workshops and training courses that you will then be asked to propose to your clients (for one or the other of these full training) will be organized in two stages, the first being devoted in a very gentle way to a quest for information and release of emotional stress on a given theme, the second part to an artistic creation based on the concept Of the attainment of healing through the creative act on which all forms of art therapy are based.
