Abuses

"The abuses take many forms and have many faces ... All the many forms of physical or sexual abuse have a horrible impact on the human psyche, but this course will enable you to take a look at the total context of what constitutes abuses ... That is to say, every time that people force us to do what we do not want to do, make us doubting of ourselves or force us to accept the unacceptable, causing us fear or pain. No wonder many people use the sensations of abuse/pain/fear to justify their unproductive or unprofitable behavior. This becomes the excuse for not taking responsibility for confronting situations directly. Release yourself of this obstacle is the aim of this course."
